Grilled Mini Graffiti provencaal in Papillotte

Preparations

  1. Chop the ingredients.
  2. Grill the Graffiti with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary.
  3. Make a papillotte package with baking paper. Close the papillotte and then cover it with egg white.
  4. Put the papillotte in the oven for 6 minutes at 190 degrees.
  5. Cut open the papillotte and serve.
