Grilled Mini Graffiti amuses

Preparations

  1. Cut the Mini Graffiti lengthwise into three equal pieces and grill with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary.
  2. According to taste, add tuna, dried ham, figs or peas to the crostini’s.

  • 16 grilled Mini Graffiti
  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • 16 crunchy sour-dough crostini’s

  • 4 tbsp cream cheese

  • Cress
  • Garden herbs
  • Garlic
  • Rosemary
  • Ground pepper from grinder
  • Salt for seasoning
