Grilled aubergine
Preparations
- Chop or mash the garlic clove. Mix together with the chili sauce, ketjap manis, sugar, soya sauce, a pinch cajun pepper and the sunflower oil, until the sugar is dissolved.
- Cut the aubergine in approx 7 mm thick slices.
- Put them in a bowl together with the marinade for at least 10 min and then grill on both sides.
