Baked Mini Graffiti with sautéed langoustines
Preparations
- Marinade the Mini Graffiti slices with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary.
- Form a sliced Mini Graffiti circle on the greaseproof paper and bake in the oven for 2 minutes at 180 degrees. Then place something heavy on top of the Mini Graffiti aubergines.
- Place the langoustines, tomatoes, artichoke and peas on top of the Mini Graffiti aubergine. Garnish the dish with cress and/or herbs.
